Full kitchen - with sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove, ice maker, & full-size refrigerator.
Per Day Fee Schedules:
Deposit (Due at time of reservation) - $100.00 per day
Rental Fee (Due 3 days before rental date) - $300.00 per day
Cancelation Policy:
No refunds will be issued if cancellation is not made within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) of deposit being paid.
All rentals are first come first served.
The Carr Room must be reserved no less than FIVE BUSINESS DAYS in advance and no greater than 1 year in advance.
